History

2001

  • Innovative Tactical Solutions (ITS) is formed
  • Receives a Federal Firearms License (FFL) from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives.
  • Receives Class 63 Special Occupational Tax Stamp and enters Class III market to supply machineguns, silencers, short barrel rifles, short barrel shotguns and any other weapons (AOW’s).

  • Registers with the U.S. Department of State as a Licensed Exporter in Arms
  • Awarded Weapons contract in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom

  • Awarded multiple contracts from the Multinational Security Transition Command - Iraq (MNSTC-I)
