Innovative Tactical Solutions is a registered exporter and is fully licensed to handle export of defense articles to Foreign Governments. As we are local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area, we often times are able to work directly with the Defense Attache of your Embassy to discuss mutual interests.

Most of the items that we offer are regulated for export under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or a combination thereof.  

If items fall under the United States Munitions List, they are regulated by the U.S. Department of State under the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). All other items are regulated by the U.S. Department of Commerce under the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
