GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS
In-stock merchandise will normally ship within 24-48 hours and arrive within 4-7 business days after the order is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS at our discretion and a street address is required. Express Delivery is available and will incur an additional charge. Handguns must be shipped using express delivery and will be assessed a $35 charge. Large and/or heavy items may require additional charges and you will be notified of the charges prior to shipment and authorization of any funds.

EXPORTS AND SHIPPING TO APO/FPO
Due to export regulations on many of the products we sell, shipments will only be made to the United States. All orders for overseas military units or individual military personnel must be delivered to a depot address within the United States. In most cases, we can deliver to your home unit in an expedited time frame for transshipment to your present location.
OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories need to allow an addtional 2-3 days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Overnight Air Express orders placed after 11:00 AM Eastern Time will ship the following business day. Shipping Dates valid for in-stock items only. Large and/or heavy items will require additional shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY
All products excluding firearms and ammunition
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Returned item(s) must be unused and in re-sellable condition (100% original condition with all labels and papers intact.) Prior to returning an item, you need to obtain a "Return Authorization Number" (RA#) so that we can ensure proper credit once the item is received.

Firearms
Firearms returns are subject to a three (3) day inspection from the time the firearm is received by your dealer. Please make every effort to inspect the firearm within this timeframe. Any and all problems should immediately be brought to our attention. Returns must be made within 7 days after inspection and for a full refund, less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Returned item(s) must be unused and in re-sellable condition (100% original condition with all labels and papers intact.) Prior to returning an item, you need to obtain a "Return Authorization Number" (RA#) so that we can ensure proper credit once the item is received.
All sales final if the firearm is fired, dropped, scratched or damaged in any other manner.
Class III Firearms
Class III returns are subject to a three (3) day inspection from the time the item is received by your dealer. Please make every effort to inspect the Class III firearm within this timeframe. Any and all problems should immediately be brought to our attention. Returns are subject to official transfer back to us. A full refund, less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be credited back upon receipt on the item after the ATF transfer is approved.. Returned item(s) must be unused and in re-sellable condition (100% original condition with all labels and papers intact.) Prior to returning an item, you need to obtain a "Return Authorization Number" (RA#) so that we can ensure proper credit once the item is received.
All sales final if the firearm/silencer is fired, dropped, scratched or damaged in any other manner.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We make every effort to ensure that arrive intact. From time to time, an item may be defective. Any defective item can be returned with an At no charge to you within 30 days from the invoice date for exchange for an identical item. After 30 days, the express and/or implied manufacturer warranty will apply.
